Definition: Truck charge+fuel charge+the time of the technician(Locksmith,garage door,door.) to travel to a clients place. No labor included in the service call.

Company policy on return hardware: no refund or return on hardware that was installed on clients door. (Unless the hardware is damaged and don’t work because off manufacturing defect) in that cases we will come and replace it with the same type of security hardware.After invoice and or credit card receipt was paid and signed. Absolutely no return or refund.
